The Over 60’s Vitality Programme is designed for men and women who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent as they age.


Sessions are created specifically for this age group. The pace is steady. The focus is on safe, effective movements that improve strength, balance, and confidence. Classes run at dedicated times during the day and are reserved only for Vitality members.


You will never be rushed. You will never feel out of place. Everything is adapted to suit you as an individual.

    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

There is no fixed end date. This is a rolling monthly membership that supports long-term health and independence.
