Baby Body Fit Formula is designed specifically for post-natal women who want to ease back into exercise in a safe, supportive way.

Sessions are slower-paced and focused on rebuilding strength gradually. Every exercise is coached carefully and adapted to suit where you are right now. There is no pressure to perform or compare yourself to anyone else.

You are welcome to bring your baby along to sessions, so there is no stress about childcare. The environment is relaxed, understanding, and welcoming.

What’s Included in Baby Body Fit Formula

As part of the programme, you receive:

  • Two coached sessions per week
    Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10.30am
  • Training designed for post-natal recovery and strength
  • Access to InBody scans to track progress
  • Access to community events
  • Ongoing coaching support

There is no fixed end date. After getting started, mums move into a rolling monthly membership that supports long-term progress.
