If you are over 60 and want to feel stronger, move more easily, and keep doing the things you enjoy, this programme is designed for you.
Our Vitality Programme focuses on strength, mobility, balance, and confidence. Sessions are lower intensity, carefully paced, and run at dedicated times during the day. Every exercise is adapted to your ability.
Many members start unsure of what they can do. Over time, they feel more energetic, move with less pain, and gain confidence in everyday life.

Baby Body Fit Formula
For post-natal mums ready to rebuild strength and confidence
If you are a new mum looking to ease back into exercise, this programme gives you the support and reassurance you need.
Baby Body Fit Formula is designed for post-natal women who want to feel fitter, stronger, and more like themselves again. Sessions are slower paced and focused on rebuilding strength safely. You are welcome to bring your baby along, so there is no pressure to arrange childcare.
The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and friendly. You will train alongside other mums who understand exactly where you are.

Peri-Menopause and Menopause Programme
For women navigating physical and emotional changes
Hormonal changes can affect energy, mood, sleep, body shape, and confidence. This programme is designed to support women through peri-menopause and menopause with understanding and practical guidance.
Training is adapted to support your body through change. You will receive structured exercise, access to supportive resources, and ongoing encouragement from coaches who understand the challenges you may be facing.
